This is no joke – UsFitties is going to change your life…

Welcome to UsFitties, your new destination for fitness news, reviews, articles, workouts, nutrition advice and lifestyle choices.

UsFitties is a little different to most websites. A completely philanthropic venture, all the money we make from advertising and commissions will be given to charity, with none of the revenue being used for administration or web hosting. 100% of what we earn goes to good causes.

So what is UsFitties and how does it work, and what can you do to help?

It might be April 1st, but this is no joke. UsFitties is determined to change your life for the better. Here are a few things you can expect in the following months:

The latest fitness news

We’ll keep you up-to-date with what is happening in the world of fitness so you can make informed decisions to aid your progress. And not just fluffy, PR-friendly news either – we’ll do our best to bring the latest scientific research to you in an easy-to-digest form to help you understand what can work for you.

Reviews and equipment updates

We’ll be road-testing the latest products from across the entire gamut of the fitness industry, from gadgets to machines, from clothing to supplements. Why not check out our inaugural review to whet your whistle, the Fitbit Ultra fitness tracker. We’ll also be bringing you the latest news and launches from the world of fitness equipment.

Exercises and Workouts

UsFitties believes in the ‘minimum effective dose’ philosophy as described by Tim Ferriss in his book The Four-Hour Body. What does that mean? Effective exercises and workouts that you can do in just a few minutes a day to improve every aspect of your fitness and physique. The aim is simple – help busy people get fit in just minutes a day.

Nutrition advice

We’ll aim to bring you the very best nutritional advice whether your goal is to lose fat, gain lean muscle or maintain your current situation. Want to know what all these nutritional supplements do and how to take them? We’ve got you covered there too.

Event coverage
